Tubular Chair

Comfortable lounge chair I designed and built as part of an assignment to create soft-surfaced seating. Printed a 1:1 scale outline of the individual steel parts on paper and used it as a reference to bend steel tubes into the planned arcs. Welded the pieces together, sanded the welds, and applied Bondo to smooth the joints. Completed the chair with a powder-coated frame, aluminium feet, and denim for the seat and backrest.
